Homework​​​​​​​

Find some time in the day -  it doesn't have to be at bedtime -  to share a book with your child.

Read the book to them, or explore the pictures. Let them tell you a story using the pictures.

All of this is a great help to build your child's vocabulary, sentence structure and self confidence, as well as an enjoyment for reading. The more they love it now, the easier it will be to keep them reading.
