What you need to do for your child
Velcro Shoes or wellies are the best as they help to develop independence. (no laces please) Sand shoes, Wellies and a Change of Clothes

Please ensure you try to put your child's name in their jumper/cardigan as well as their coat. As winter time is drawing near please put their name in their hats, scarfs and gloves.
Children must wear shoes with Velcro fastenings as they need to become more independent and be able to take them off easily and begin to put them on independently.
Children need to bring in a spare change of clothes incase they have an accident or get really muddy or wet. Children should have spare pants, trousers or skirt (can be tracksuit bottoms as long as they are black, navy or grey), top, and socks in their bag.
They can leave this on their peg or bring it in everyday.
Children also need their own set of sand shoes which they will change into and keep in their labelled boxes at school.
It would be good if children had their own wellies as we do go out in all weathers, but this is not essential as we do have spare ones in school (depending on sizes).
Thank you for your co-operation
